Welcome to new runners

Tonight’s training run is a great one to come to if you’re new to FitBitch Running Club. All our sessions are suitable for all but this is a particularly good one for strength work and helping to build deep stabilising core musculature (or learning how to) which will help build a strong, stable injury free runner.
