This week’s training will involve some running, core work and leg strenthening to aid both those training for short and long distances. It is open for ALL runners, including those completely new to running.
It will involve running short distances and always returning to the same point so you don’t have to worry about getting left behind or lost. And for those who are experienced don’t worry it can be made tough enough for you to be challenged.
If you have a yoga mat please bring it along with some gloves.
