I’m writing this just a few short days before Brighton’s second Marathon and even watching the barriers go up, you can’t help but feel excited and inspired.
If you feel the same way and want to take up running for the first time, or feel inspired to undertake a new running challenge, come and join FitBitch Running Club.
This year we have various international runs planned (Budapest and Istanbul are a fewthat are being touted) as well as those closer to home, from 5ks to half marathons.
We will help train you to become a runner and help you run further and faster.
Our next training run will focus on running biomechanics and strength training and is suitable for all. Drop in rates, £5.
Meet Mrs Bumbles tea shop on Hove Seafront, Western Esplanade (walk up towards the old Babylon Lounge and you’ll see it).
