on your marks...get ready for running improvement

This Wednesday we start at our new start time of 7pm and we will be meeting on Madeira Drive outside Yellowave Volleyball Centre.

It will be a toughie but it is for ALL levels, including beginners whose routine will be scaled appropriately.

Those who are more experienced and who have heart rate monitors please bring them along with notes on your resting and maximum heart rate is. If you don’t know your mhr, post to the comment box below along with your age and we will get back to you with it.

And if you have a skipping rope bring it.

The session will be led by FB founder, Rachael. Drop ins are £5.
