Sunday 15th May Building endurance

on the downs

Beginner, or advanced runner? Come and join us for a sunny, Sunday morning run to Ovingdean and back along the seafront.
It’s approximately a six mile run with a gradual gradient which will be great for both newbies and the more advanced (you advanced lot can just run faster!)
The front group will be led by Melissa Scott and will go the entire distance. Rachael will be taking the shorter route of around three miles that will run up the downs and then break off to either loop around East Brighton Park or drop down to the seafront.
For those graduating from camp this week doing Hove Park Run on Saturday thinking, ‘Ooh, I’ll be too tired after 5k, to do a run on Sunday.’ You won’t be! Keep up your running mojo!
And anyone who wants to have a target, enter the Stanmer Park races, 26th June. That is five weeks away but time enough for ANYONE to run it if following a training plan. Let us know if you are interested.
