Pace Training Session Wed 25th May

We all have individual running paces but it can be difficult to determine the effective pace that suits you. So this Wednesday we are working on each person being able to run at their own optimal pace, which alongside regular endurance running will increase your running pace. In order to train your body to sustain your ideal pace longer than a mile, you need to challenge yourself both physically and mentally so the session is broken down into pace/recovery running.
The course is a loop which will be repeated so nobody gets left behind making it a perfect training session for all abilities and distances.
