Sunday 12th June. Off road endurance run

Once again we are making the most of the South Downs and the feeling of being away from the city. Lucky us to have hills and history on our doorstep. So it’s an incline run to the Chattri and beyond if you choose to. Good news is it’s a slight decline back.
This run isn’t about speed, it’s endurance based. Getting the mileage in and activating muscle groups to strengthen them. A mixed terrain run will also contribute to this as well as reduce impact on the joints from pavement pounding.
The options are a 4 mile run to the Chattri and back or continue over the Downs towards the Jack and Jill windmills for an 8 miler. Past farmyards and grazing herds of animals. Perfect wholesome, healthy start to a Sunday.

Trainer: Katie
Back up runner: tbc
£5.00 drop in.
Meeting at Braypool, RSPCA car park. Off slip road at Patcham A23/A27 interchange.
