It may be the Stanmer Park 8k on Sunday but there are some Fitbitch runners who still want to enjoy our Sunday training session and experience the advantages of off-road running and hills.
Once again we will run up to the Chattri and beyond, if seeking a longer run. We will start our run on a flat to ease into the very slight incline. The views are amazing and when the sheep scarper as you approach, you feel like you are away from the City. Which makes the downhill return with a sea view even more rewarding.
The run is endurance based so it is at conversational pace and there is always someone to chat to and share any gossip! In the meantime we musn’t forget that our heart, lungs and muscles are getting a good workout. Whether you’re training for a specific goal or use running to keep healthy and social this is the perfect run to keep on conditioning our bodies to increase distance and/or pace or go for a gentle jog and take in the views and fresh air.
