If you want to avoid injury and become a better, stronger, faster runner, then strength training is a must.
Plus, it helps shape your legs, bum and tummy which can’t be bad.
This session will use kettlebells, body weight and secret FitBitch techniques to help improve your strength.
Don’t worry if you have never used kettlebells before, as we will coach you safely to use them. Please note that due to the 10k race taking place along the seafront we will meet in Hove Park.
