Beach to Dean training run, Sunday, August 7th, 8.30am

Get ready for a beautiful Sunday run, with a pick for some of the best views in Brighton. We’ll head out through the marina with it’s mix of slick yachts and working fishing boats along the Ovingdean coastal path.

This will give us time to get into our pace before heading up into the Downs from Rottingdean, where we will begin a climb up over Woodingdean before dropping back down again to our start.

The 9km crew will join with us for some of the run before going off route at Rottingdean and looping back earlier.

This is a great run to help get your legs feeling good before beginning a climb. Hills may be harder but they are great for conditioning the body, requiring greater muscle recruitment. And every hill you do, makes the any race that much easier.

Both advanced and intermediate group – 14-15k with Rachael
