If you want to learn how you can avoid injury while running, or you need tips and advice about niggling injuries that you already have then don’t miss this workshop on foam rollers for runners with Lily Rose Double.
A soft tissue remedial specialist as well as someone who has competed in triathlons, Lily who works with Studio 57 knows her stuff.
Foam rollers are the single most important piece of injury prevention kit you can have as a runner, whether you are just starting out or you have been running for years.
SPACES ARE LIMITED SO YOU MUST BOOK VIA THE WEBSITE, CHOOSING THE WORKSHOP OPTION £10.
Please also bring your own foam roller, available online or at Nick Rivett Sport or SweatShop in Brighton.
Cost of workhshop: £10 (this is not covered by those on the Palma plan except those who paid for the full 31 run package).
Where: Lawn adjacent to King Alfred Street, Hove Street South
Time: 7.30-8.30pm.
In the event of rain, the workshop will be rescheduled.
