Pace training for all, Weds 14th Sept, 7.30pm

Dynamic running

Whether you are a complete beginner to running or a seasoned runner, pace work is a must.
If you have taken up running to get in shape and drop a few pounds, then studies show that short interval sessions burn more calories after you have finished working out than slow jogging. Plus, it recruits more muscle fibres so it has more of an effect on your figure.
And for those experienced runners wishing to improve their speed though, pace is an absloute must.
Best thing about pace work? It gives you a fantastic buzz after wards. Honest!
This session will work on five sets of 1km pace with a rest period in between.
PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS POST IF YOU ARE COMING. THIS WAY WE CAN ENSURE WE HAVE SUFFICIENT COACHES TO HELP ALL LEVELS.
Location: Hove Lawns, opp Fourth Avenue
Time: 7.30pm
