Hill & Pace Training, Wednesday 21st Sept

Training in a group makes even the hard things easier

If you want to improve your running – both technique, speed and endurance, it is vital to change the type of run training. Jog along and you won’t challenge your body enough to see improvements in your aerobic system or strength.
Come along and see how to do it with this session, geared towards ALL levels from beginners to the advanced.
We will be focusing on technique in our warm up so you learn the best way to run to avoid injury, and to improve your cadence.
For the beginners, we will then focus on hill repetitions to build strength and endurance (it’s great for your butt too!). More advanced? You will be doing hill repetitions at pace with minimal rest period to build on speed particularly for those doing Palma.
PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT if you have one for post run stretching. ALSO, PLEASE COMMENT HERE IF YOU ARE COMING SO WE CAN ENSURE WE HAVE ENOUGH COACHES FOR THE GROUP.
Location: Bottom of Dukes Mound near Peter Pan Playground and Yellowave, Madeira Drive
Time: 7.30pm
Trainer: Rachael & Kate
Drop in: £5
