For those planning next week’s activities, this week will be a tempo run, which means running at a faster pace than normal. Notice, we say faster pace than normal for YOU.
Why run faster? It helps build fitness and running speed. And for those heading to Palma it can help get the body ready for race day.
We will be putting on three different distances, according to demand so PLEASE COMMENT HERE IF YOU ARE COMING SO WE CAN ENSURE WE HAVE ENOUGH COACHES.
If you are a complete beginner to running, don’t panic. This session will be suitable for you too, even if you use it as a way of building distance.
7k distance for half marathon runners
5k for 10k runners
3k for beginners
