One of the biggest reasons for lack of progress when it comes to running, or for injury is lack of conditioning and poor flexibility.
We will address these areas at this training session with core conditioning and circuits to build strength in the legs, arms and those all important glutes which often fail to fire properly.
Weather permitting (i.e as long as it’s not 100mph winds) we will also spend time working on exercises to help improve flexibility.
This session is open to all, beginners and advanced alike.
