Training Weds 18th April, Pace & Strength

Our run like a pro preparation session

While we will are holding a session for the beginners this Wednesday,(PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS POST) don’t think we’ve forgotten the rest of you.

This week’s session will focus on conditioning work for runners, but first a bit of pace work to get you feeling fit and ready for Sunday’s BlueBell 10k.

And for our Berlin half marathon training group who are using the Bluebell trail race as a training run, it will be the same work for you.

Location: Hove Lawns, by HOve Street South

Parking: King Alfred Centre

When: 7.30pm

Drop in: £5
