Training run Sunday 6th May

There will be two distances this Sunday.

For those of you who ran the Bluebell recently and would like to keep your mileage up, we’ll be running 6 miles.

A shorter route is available for those of you signed up to the Friston Forest 10k training plan and is also suitable for beginners. Starting time will be 8.30am.

We will publish further details about the route and where to meet on Friday.
