If you feel like you need to get away from the bank holiday madness this weekend, grab an hour for yourself and come join us this Sunday morning.
Whether this is your first run as part of the Friston Forest 10k training plan, or if you’ve just completed the Bluebell 10k and want to keep up your mileage – this run is suitable for everyone.
We’ll start at Brighton marina and head out along the undercliffs towards Ovingdean. The 2.5 mile and 3 mile group will turn back half way and is completely flat, so no need to worry about hills on your first run. You’ll be supported and guided all the way by our running ambassador Tor.
The 6 mile route will continue to the windmill at Ovingdean, crossing the nature reserve and heading up to Ovingdean Hall school, before looping back down to the seafront, returning to the marina along the top road. Melissa and running ambassador Mel will be there to support and guide you.
Please comment below if you are coming in order that we can look out for you on Sunday morning. Please note that we start 8.30am prompt to avoid waiting around if it is cold.
