Pick up the pace. Beginners, intermediates and advanced runners. Wednesday 9th May.

Proof that our training sessions take you from a beginner to running in an Olympic Stadium.

Friston Forest 10k is the next event on our FitBitch running calendar. Exciting, especially after a fantastic achievement by all our Berlin runners last Sunday (check out our Facebook page for the photo’s!) Wednesday we will be focusing on pace training over shorter distances. Whatever your pace, you will benefit from this. Beginners it will help you increase your distance and for our previous 10k to marathon runners, it will improve your speed.

Leave a comment to let me know that you’re joining us. If you are new and would like to start our training plan for Friston Forest 10k, it’s not too late to sign up.
