We will work on those all important muscles that are often weak in women runners, and which can result in injury if not strengthened first. And luckily enough, they tend to be those areas that if worked, will look good on the beach too – the bum and tummy.
Whether you missed last weeks’ training or have not yet been to a session and would like to join, this is a session ot to be missed.
Fort hose who did make last week’s training, we’ll be working on those areas that we touched up on last week during the technique session.
There will be some running in this session too though, so come prepared for a beautiful, balmy evening session on the seafront.
