Have you been inspired by watching the Olympics and want to start running but don’t know where to start?
All our Wednesday running sessions at 7.30pm are suitable for ALL, including new runners and you can drop in at any time.
But having a goal and starting with a group who are all at the same level can make it more approachable for some. So don’t miss out this coming weds on our next beginners group.
Beginners – Zero to The 8k Undercliff Run for Women starts Weds 15th August
Perfect if you are a complete beginner, come and join our group training for this race (a nice flat one) along the coastal path from Rottingdean on October 7th.
We are the official training partner for the charity and if you are a new member to our run club and register to run with Rise 8k (we have now changed this to allow those who have signed up to raise sponsorship, and those who have registered to run) sign up to raise money for their charity, our Weds sessions are FREE.
If not, pay £5 drop ins or £43 for a package including 8 training sessions (Weds or Sun), a training plan and t-shirt.
