Don’t miss out on our beginner’s session this Wednesday where we’ll be teaching you all about the foundations of running (well as much as we can in an hour).
The session will start with a look at your biomechanics (how you run – there’s a bit more to it than putting one foot in front of the other!) and we’ll give you simple tips to improve your technique before you get stuck into bad running habits.
We’ll also be looking at essential stretches and the all important foam roller. This latter should be an essential piece of kit in any runner’s arsenal to promote recovery and prevent injury. Bring your roller with you if you have one.
