So just how do you get on your way to becoming a faster and more resilient runner? Easy, just come along to the strength and speed session this Wednesday. A great structured session that will make you more comfortable with running at higher intensities and increase your muscle strength.
Beginners and seasoned runners alike should never overlook the importance of muscle conditioning as a regular part of your training plan. Why? Because your muscles have the power to transform your running from shuffle to a sprint. And conditioned muscles are less likely to fall prey to pesky injuries, which means you can keep on enjoying your running.
So if you want to add some oomph to your running, come along on Wednesday.
PLEASE COMMENT HERE IF YOU ARE COMING TO THE TRAINING SO THAT WE KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE TO EXPECT AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY. AND PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR BAND IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR A PACKAGE.
