Be part of our next beginners group training up to the Brooks 10k on 18th November (or just train with us but don’t do the race).
Whether you are a complete beginner, or someone who used to run but has not done so for a while, come along to next Weds session at the grass adjacent to Hove Street.
Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to run long distances on the day. This session will focus on biomechanics, assessing how you run, where you land on your feet, your posture, use of arms and other factors that many people don’t think about but which can dramatically affect your running.
Sessions are £5 on Wednesday to drop in, or you can pay for a package of 8 runs (to be used on either Weds or Sunday) which includes a training plan and a Fitbitch race t-shirt (If you already have one, you can redeem against a BoxingBelles or Yoga session).
But hurry – due to increased admin costs and training, our prices are due to increase next week so if you want to get our special package deal book before Monday 24th September.
These prices are £43 for 8 runs or £71 for 15 runs including training plan and race
After Monday, the will increase to £51 and £86 respectively.
