Join us for mid-week training as we turn up the tempo for a pace session suitable for runners of all abilities.
You will feel your running come on leaps and bounds with a regular dose of pace work which is why Wednesday’s session is all about speed. Join in and we’ll provide advice and support to ensure you get the most out of this session according to your goals. Need a goal?
