It’s been a lovely bank holiday weekend for us and now Wednesday is almost here. Our training session this week is working on the concept of building interval distance gradually, then working them back down again. It’s one method of training where the second half of the session can feel easier than the first! It’s also a great speed workout and a good way to beat any boredom that may kick in if you usually train alone at the same pace. There’s a mix of running events that are on our calendar so if you’re training for one of them, then come along to build up fitness levels and stamina. We are always welcoming to new people but please comment so we know your ability.
