Due to an event taking place at Stanmer, we are changing our route and will now meet at Hove Park Cafe.
We will still be offering the same group training distances, 3.5miles, 8miles and a Performance Camp only run of 8miles including obstacles.
If you have already commented here, you do not need to do so again.
EVERYONE is welcome, our 3.5miles is for beginners training to 10k although obviously you need to be able to run this distance before joining.
The 3.5miles route is off road, heading up to the windmill and returning.
Both the longer routes will head up to the top of the Dyke (where a surprise awaits the TM group) and returns.
