FOR THIS WEEK ONLY, OUR WEEKEND RUN WILL BE ON SATURDAY AT 8.30am.
12 miles: For those of you training for the Bacchus and Bristol half marathons or if you fancy a longer run, Kate will be leading a 12 mile route across Devils Dyke. The first half of the route does have some hills as you’d expect on the Downs, but there is a long downhill section leading to a fast flat finish.
7 miles: Melissa will be taking the 7 mile route which will follow the other group for the first 3 miles up towards Devils Dyke before turning back to finish with a speedy lap of Hove Park.

We will continue to take drop in payments on the day for the remainder of August but we are phasing this out so come September, all payments should be done online for Weds and Sunday sessions.
