If you are a total beginner wantingImageIf you are a total beginner wanting to learn how to get from  couch to 5k, DON’T miss the start of our new course this Wednesday at 7.30pm (Book via our running courses link below).

Meanwhile, for our regulars we return to Hove seafront for this speedy pace session. Perfect for our Bacchus runners who can fine tune their race preparation and an excellent way of training for all our Rise 8k and drop in runners too.

Pace work helps build your strength, fitness and your psychological strength too. Ahem,  not to mention your butt muscles as you run faster, recruiting more of your muscles.

So, whether you’re coming down to our beginners course (don’t worry, you won’t be doing pace work!) or one of our regulars, we look forward to some blistering pace setters this coming Weds.

Regular runners, if you have skipping ropes please bring them.

Please note ALL BOOKINGS should now be made online for both our courses and drop in rates. We won’t accept anyone else unless you are part of the Rise Crew on a complimentary package.

Where: Basketball courts Hove Park

Time: 7.25pm for a 7.30pm start

    • I’m so sorry but am still stuck at work 😦 and won’t make it back in time. Am gutted but will be there in a couple of weeks time
