  2. Hi there. I’m a first timer but would love to come tomorrow night (8th August) for a trial session. I’ve got the Brighton 10 k in November but also the Brighton half-marathon in Feb to train for so would love some support with both. Hopefully I can come along? Christine

  4. Are you doing the usual running sessions at 8.30 on Sundays or is it replaced by the catchup course starting at 5 miles? I am doing the half and just trying to work out what will work best. Thanks Carla

    • Hi Carla
      If you have got as far as 9 miles on your training, then the longer 10 mile route will be fine for you.
      If you are at 5 miles then the catch up course will suit you more. It starts at 5 miles, then takes you to 8 miles by Jan 27th.
      We are also running a week long SOS full/half marathon camp from Monday at 6 and 7am.
