Sunday running. An intro to trails or a 6 mile option. 23rd June.

Trails and sea views.

Trails and sea views.

Trails and sea make the perfect combination for off road running scenery. There are two options on Sunday, both starting and finishing at Brighton Marina and running east along the cliff top.

This allows a perfect start up for runners who are following the Bacchus or beginners trail 10k training plans. This distance will be 2.5 miles and our Coach will be by your side for advice and encouragement on trail running and techniques.

The longer distance is 6 miles which will include some steeper hills as the route bears slightly inland. Again our coaches will be giving support (don’t expect a piggyback, this isn’t Tough Mudder training anymore!)
The benefits of FitBitch training is that it’s not all about putting the miles in. Not only do we offer coaching tips and advocate running styles that will enhance your performance, we like to have a chat and a giggle, remaining friendly and approachable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 2.5 MILE IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED THE BACCHUS OR TRAIL PACKAGE. Package options are: full package, Sundays only, or Wednesdays only which allows you to pay for drop in options on Sundays.
MEET: Brighton Marina, Asda car park near the steps up to the undercliffs.
When commenting please state distance.

TIME: 8:15am for a 8:30 start.

Coaches: Rachael, Kate and Melissa. Distances of each coach TBC.
R/A’s: Karen Russell and Mel.

Drop in fee £10
